THOM THE WORLD POET: The Daily Poem

"Thom the World poet, is an old mate of mine from way back in my history. Even pre-dating Voiceprint, when I was running "Otter Songs" and Tom's poetry tapes and guest appearences with Daevid Allen, Gilli Smyth, Mother Gong are well known and highly regarded. It just felt right to include a daily poem from Thom on our Gonzo blog and when I approached him to do so, he replied with in seconds!!! Thom is a great talent and just wants to spread poetry, light and positive energy across the globe. I do not speak about surveillance (just in case THEY are listening!

I do notice weather changes. Who can we blame? Who can fix this? Media manipulation is reassuring

(it shows SOMEONE cares!) yet,in casual conversation,so much is invisibly censored.

Occasional celebrities aid Haiti/use their fame for fuel and food.GOOD START!

Critics and carping complainers everywhere. Solutions? Rare! if TEA PARTY folk

could focus upon truly balancing budgets rather than hating, I will listen.

If OCCUPY could save one soul from repossession's eviction, ditto.

We are hungry for more than superficial cliches. Headlines do not cure hunger
